Where do we ship?
We ship domestically to the 48 contiguous US states, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories. Our products can be shipped to anywhere that has a physical address or a P.O. Box, but we are not able to ship to APO addresses.

How fast?
Orders will be processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 1 pm CST may not be processed until the following day. Once your order ships, we will email you a shipping notification with your tracking number. As a general rule, your order will arrive in 3-7 business days after it’s processed. Please note: it may take up to 21 days for your order to arrive in Hawaii or Alaska. 

How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE to the 48 contiguous US states via FBA Amazon. All orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories ship via USPS Priority Mail at a flat rate of $14.95. 

All of our products have a 60-day money back guarantee. If you aren’t satisfied for any reason, send it back for a full refund, no questions asked. If ordered on our website, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Products purchased from Amazon must be returned through Amazon using their platform and policies.

Any order purchased from buggiehuggie.com can be returned or exchanged, for any reason, within 60 days. Simply return the product, and your refund will be processed within 10 business days. You are responsible for return shipping charges.

2. Put your receipt in the shipping box with the item(s) you are returning. 
3. Include your order number, email, first and last name, and reason for the return.
